1. INTRODUCTION

THE LONDON COMPANION COMPANY provides lawful companionship, lifestyle accompaniment, entertainment, social engagement, event attendance, travel companionship, and related social services.
The Company does not offer, facilitate, promote, advertise, or guarantee any unlawful activity.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any request that may be unlawful, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the Company's standards.
3. ELIGIBILITY
All clients must:

Possess legal capacity to enter contracts;
Provide accurate information;
Comply with all applicable laws.
The Company may require age and identity verification before confirming any booking.
4. BOOKINGS
All bookings are subject to:
Availability;
Verification procedures;
Acceptance by the Company.
A booking shall not be considered confirmed until accepted by the Company.
The Company reserves the absolute right to decline any booking request without providing reasons.
5. CLIENT VERIFICATION
For safety, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes, clients may be required to provide:
Government-issued photographic identification;
Proof of address;
Contact verification;
Additional information reasonably requested.
Failure to cooperate with verification procedures may result in cancellation or refusal of services.
6. FEES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services;
No deposits are generally required;
No subscription fees apply;
Payment may be accepted by card, contactless payment, POS terminal, or other approved methods.
Invoices and receipts may be provided upon request.
The Company reserves the right to pursue unpaid amounts through legal channels.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree:
To behave respectfully and lawfully;
Not to engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or coercive conduct;
Not to request illegal activities;
Not to record or photograph any companion without consent;
Not to misuse personal information obtained during bookings.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company may immediately terminate services where:
Safety concerns arise;
Illegal conduct is suspected;
Client behaviour becomes inappropriate;
False information has been provided;
These Terms are breached.
Termination under this clause shall not affect the Company's right to recover any outstanding fees.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties acknowledge the importance of privacy and discretion.
Clients agree not to:
Publish information relating to companions;
Share confidential communications;
Disclose personal details of companions;
Post identifying information online.
The Company similarly undertakes to maintain client confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law.
10. WEBSITE USE
Users shall not:
Attempt unauthorised access;
Interfere with website operation;
Copy website content without permission;
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
All website content remains the intellectual property of THE LONDON COMPANION COMPANY.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses;
Consequential losses;
Emotional distress;
Reputational damage;
Loss of opportunity;
Loss of profits;
Third-party actions.
Any liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
12. INDEMNITY
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, contractors, representatives, and companions against any losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
Client misconduct;
Breach of these Terms;
Unlawful acts;
Third-party claims resulting from Client actions.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Illness;
Transport disruption;
Government action;
Public emergencies;
Technical failures;
Extreme weather;
Security concerns.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
