REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
THE LONDON COMPANION COMPANY generally operates on a payment-upon-completion basis.
As services are ordinarily paid for after delivery, refund requests will be assessed on a limited and exceptional basis.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF PERSONAL PREFERENCE
The Company cannot guarantee:
Personal chemistry;
Compatibility;
Subjective satisfaction;
Personal expectations.
Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference shall not constitute grounds for refund.
3. ELIGIBLE REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds may be considered where:
The Company materially fails to provide agreed services;
Duplicate payments are processed;
Payment processing errors occur;
A booking cannot be completed due solely to Company fault.
Any refund determination shall be made at the Company's reasonable discretion.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds shall not be issued where:
Services have been completed;
Client expectations exceed the agreed scope;
Services are terminated due to client misconduct;
False information has been provided;
Terms and Conditions have been breached;
The client voluntarily ends the booking.
5. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to charges must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
The Company will investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
6. CHARGEBACKS
Clients agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
The Company reserves the right to challenge fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and recover associated costs where legally permitted.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION
The Company reserves the right to:
Verify payment methods;
Refuse suspicious transactions;
Retain records necessary to investigate fraudulent activity;
Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.
